Pet Sitter Needed

I'm looking for a great sitter for 1 dog. Non smoker to come stay in my home with my dog while my husband and I go on vacation. I do not want to pay an hourly rate because I am looking for 24 hr care while I am gone. The sitter can be a remote worker and work from my home or have part time work somewhere and need to leave for a few hours hear and there. A college student is welcome as well. My dog is 11 years old and requires medication twice a day. He is loving, very quiet and very spoiled. He will need 3-4 walks a day and someone to hang out with. I have one trip planed in October but may have others from time to time.
