Become a Key Player as a Materials Handler

You will ensure timely flow of materials from arrival through storage or shipment, directly supporting manufacturing and shipping/receiving operations. You will work onsite on first shift (M–F, 5:00am–1:30pm) and collaborate with production, inventory, and shipping teams to maintain material availability and accuracy.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team

• Receive, unpack, inspect, and stock incoming parts and materials against purchase orders or invoices
• Load and unload trucks and prepare goods for final shipment, including posting weights and shipping charges
• Maintain records of received and shipped merchandise and reject unsatisfactory items
• Perform cycle counts and examine stocks to distribute materials to inventory and manufacturing lines
• Operate material handling equipment and powered industrial trucks to move parts and supplies
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and written work instructions; perform other responsibilities as assigned
• Provide regular, consistent attendance and be available for variable schedules, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• 1+ years of relevant experience (posting indicates 1–2 years)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, email; familiarity with MRP/ERP systems
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and to write/communicate effectively
• Experience with cycle-counting and inventory recordkeeping
• Ability to use powered industrial trucks, material handling equipment, and small hand tools
• Ability to work in a structured/supervised environment and follow instructions with little supervision

• Forklift operator experience

Pay Range

$11.27 - $14.08/hour
