A growing global manufacturing organization supporting Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial sectors is seeking an experienced IT Management professional for a confidential position engagement.

This role will support enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity initiatives, and compliance programs in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and manufacturing systems while operating with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

• IT infrastructure and operations support

• Cybersecurity and compliance initiatives

• CMMC / NIST 800-171 alignment

• Network segmentation and endpoint security

• Microsoft 365 GCC environment

• Vendor and MSP coordination

• Manufacturing and ERP systems collaboration

• End-user support and onboarding/offboarding

• 7+ years of IT infrastructure or IT management experience
• Experience in manufacturing or defense-related environments preferred
• Familiarity with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, ITAR, or CUI requirements
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or related credentials are a plus
