Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Licensed Security / Events Staff Member to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment. Conduct daily inspections of the Pool deck, lobby, and restaurant surrounding areas to ensure all is in order. Check in with front desk, rink, gym and restaurant staff to ensure that all rules are being followed. You will also be responsible in helping the Events Department 2 days a week in setting up for events.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility
• Respond to reports of suspicious activity
• Report on daily activities and any security incidents to Director

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar position is preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures
• Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills
• Ability to work without direct supervision

It is important that staff makes their presence known to all Members and Guests. We must be proactive at all times.

Schedule: Wednesday/FLEX, Thursday/FLEX, Friday 6pm - close, Saturday 6pm-Close, Sunday 12pm -close
