The Medical Assistant supports clinical and administrative functions in a healthcare setting. This role involves assisting providers with patient care, performing routine clinical tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

• Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during visits.
• Take and record vital signs and patient information.
• Perform basic clinical procedures as directed.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health systems.
• Assist with scheduling, front desk duties, and general administrative support.
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

• Day shift, Monday through Friday
• Standard 8-hour shifts
• Outpatient clinical setting

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of a formal Medical Assistant training program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English

• Medical Assistant certification such as:
  • CMA from American Association of Medical Assistants
  • RMA from American Medical Technologists
• 1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant
