Shipping Lead

The Shipping Lead is responsible for overseeing ground transport shipping operations, managing a team of 6-10 members, and ensuring efficient shipment coordination and inventory control. This role leverages third-party logistics software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to optimize logistics planning and shipment tracking while maintaining low error rates. No travel is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Supervise and guide a team of 6-10 shipping personnel
• Manage inventory to align with shipping schedules and stock levels
• Plan logistics to optimize ground transport routes and schedules
• Track shipments using third-party logistics and ERP software
