Client Success Manager
Are you a pro at building relationships and helping clients succeed? Our client in Irving, Texas is looking for a Client Success Manager to partner with our top 50 clients.
You'll ensure our clients get the most out of our resident screening solutions. This isn't just about managing accounts; it's about becoming a strategic partner.
What You'll Do:
- Understand Client Workflows: Learn how our clients operate.
- Service Accounts: Handle reporting, conduct bi-weekly check-ins, and update clients on our technology roadmap.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Find ways to expand our service offerings with clients.
- Build Relationships: Be the main point of contact, building trust and addressing concerns.
- Optimize Processes: Help clients implement company features to improve their screening processes.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on all company features and enhancements.
- Represent company: Attend industry events (like ResMania 2025) to connect with clients and prospects.
- Collaborate Internally: Work with sales, product development, and other teams to meet client needs.
