Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional person to join our team in a guest services and spa position. This is a customer-focused role in a calm, relaxing spa environment. 

We are open to full-time and part-time applicants

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients
• Manage appointments and coordinate with staff
• Answer phone calls and booking inquiries
• Assist with customer needs
• Explain spa services offered
• Check out clients after services
• Help maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is required
• Mandarin speaking is a plus, but not required
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable speaking with clients in person and by phone
• Organized and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills are required
