The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level, mission critical support to the Executive Administrative Leadership Team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external
stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The ideal candidate is a pro-active problem solver with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing complex schedules, competing priorities and sensitive information within a specialized pediatric healthcare environment.

Work Hours: Onsite, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with flexibility needed. Occasional evening and weekend work may be needed to support Board meetings or hospital events.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably within a healthcare, non-profit, or pediatric clinical setting.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams), ADP WFN, and experience with project management tools. Familiarity with healthcare specific platforms (Meditech/Expanse, Voalt) a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and professional diplomacy.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and effective demeanor in a challenging environment where clinical administrative priorities may shift quickly.

 

Education, Licensure, and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in the U.S.
