General Associate

Skills:

• No prior cutting experience required!

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch between tasks when asked

• Strong sense of responsibility

• Reliable attendance and reliable transportation

• Must be able to sit or stand for long hours throughout shift depending on the given task

• Must be able to understand process specifications and use them to complete the assigned task.

• Great communication skills

• Must be able to lift to 25+ lbs.

• Stand for long periods of time

• MUST be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States

• Language: Must be able to speak and read English

Responsibilities:

• Cutting: Cutting, Counting, and Bagging orders as they come off the transfer machine

• Be in constant communication with the production manager if there are any defects or misprints to the order.

• Q.A.: Quality check every item, verify item is properly assembled, and contains no defects. Clip threads and package the item per company standards.

• Complete given orders efficiently and cleanly during daily shifts

• Meet or exceed given quotas for the day

Candidate Qualifications for Associates (for agency):

• No prior experience required

• Fluent English, or bilingual and must be able to read in English as our worksheets are written in English. (sample below)

• Must be able to work 40hrs Monday-Friday

• Cutters will be required to use a Rotary Cutter to perform their daily tasks
