We’re looking for hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented individuals who take pride in great food and great energy. Our BOH team works with urgency, respect, and attention to detail to deliver fresh Hawaiian lunch plates that feel comforting, flavorful, and consistent every single time.

What the Role Looks Like

Back of House team members are responsible for preparing and executing food to F’s Hawaiian Food standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and positive kitchen environment. This includes prep work, line cooking, food quality, cleanliness, communication, and supporting the team during fast-paced service.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to F’s standards
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Keep kitchen stations clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Communicate clearly with team members during service
• Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties
• Help create a smooth and positive kitchen environment
