Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high quality and taste.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Support menu development and contribute creative ideas for seasonal offerings.
- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a culinary program.
- Passion for food, coffee, and customer service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous kitchen or barista experience is a plus but not required.
