Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Exterior Lead Technician to oversee field operations and lead cleaning crews. This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, team management, and ensuring projects are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule. This is NOT a desk job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technicians on job sites
• Oversee daily operations and ensure quality control on all projects
• Perform exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties
• Manage and track equipment and supply inventory
• Conduct job inspections and ensure work meets company standards
• Handle light maintenance and basic equipment upkeep
• Coordinate and manage large-scale commercial cleaning projects
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within deadlines

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekend work as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in exterior cleaning, pressure washing, or related field preferred
• Leadership or crew management experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
