Talent Acquisition Specialist

If you are a Talent Acquisition Specialist, we need you! Temporary, potential temporary-to-hire opportunity to join a fabulous Human Resources team at a well-regarded health care related Union. This is a Monday through Friday 9am-5pm onsite position. Please have two (2) years plus experience in Recruiting. Healthcare Recruitment experience is a plus.

Some of what you will be doing includes:

• Conducting interviews and matching candidates with job openings, while fostering a positive candidate experience
• Creating and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract healthcare professionals at all levels
• Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS
• Attending job fairs, recruitment forums, and networking events
• Creating recruitment materials to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool
