Location: Lubbock, Texas
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00), 40 hours per week. No weekends, no call, no floating between units required.
Highlights:
- Travel assignment at a 379-bed short-term acute care hospital with Level II Trauma Center designation
- Treat diverse patient populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
- Work with a 1:1 patient ratio providing focused, quality care
- Epic charting system experience utilized throughout the facility
- 91-day contract duration with 8 hours of paid orientation
- Free employee parking available on-site
Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapy license (Compact license accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience required
- BLS certification required
- Epic charting system experience required
- Experience with acute care settings treating orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical patients
- Skills in gait training, patient/family education, home exercise programs, and rehabilitation protocols
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Must reside outside 50-mile local radius from the facility
