We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in an interdisciplinary healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions. Experience with post-operative rehabilitation, gait training, and patient education is highly preferred.
Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required Previous Charge Experience: Not required Travel Experience Required: No Experience with Epic charting system required Experience in acute care preferred Outpatient clinic, rehabilitation hospital, and skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred Certifications BLS Certification required
