Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Deliver physical therapy services to patients, scheduling sessions every 45 minutes.
- Work independently seeing an average of 10 patients daily, 5 on Fridays.
- Float between units as necessary to meet facility needs.
- Ensure a patient ratio of 1:1 with no double booking for Medicare patients.
- Report and document patient progress accurately using Epic charting system.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an outpatient setting.
- Valid South Carolina or Multi State Compact Physical Therapist License.
- BLS Certification required.
- Willingness to participate in an emergency response team during hurricane season.
- Experience adhering to compliance and regulatory standards in patient care.
