LPN / RN

The LPN or RN will provide dedicated nursing care in a home health setting, delivering personalized attention to the individual. This role requires the ability to work independently with a 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. No experience necessary, we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on individual needs
• Perform patient assessments
• Monitor patient health and document changes or concerns promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on health management and care techniques
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

Pay range: LPN $38-$40 hourly

Pay range: RN $48-$50 hourly
