Assembler

Pay: $20–$21 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

We’re seeking a hands-on Assembler to join our client’s custom picture frame manufacturing team in Fullerton, CA. This is a full-time, entry-level to mid-level position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, using tools, and producing high-quality work. If you have experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a creative and team-oriented environment.

• Read and interpret framing orders to accurately match artwork, matting, and molding

• Log each step of the final assembly process, including completion dates and job tracking

• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely, including:

  • Compressed-air nail guns

  • Glass, Plexiglas, and paper cutters

  • Heated press mount machines

  • Hand tools (drills, pliers, wire cutters, hammers)

• Assemble artwork, mats, and glass according to order specifications

• Package and prepare framed artwork for shipping, ensuring secure and damage-free transport

• Organize and store completed jobs for pickup or shipment

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Ability to stand for long periods and accurately use a measuring tape

• Comfortable lifting and handling large or heavy artwork and materials

• Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination

• Basic experience using hand and power tools (framing, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred)

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Good time management and organization skills
