Job DescriptionCompany Description
We’re seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric RNs to provide high‐quality, family‐centered care to infants, children, and adolescents in acute care and specialty pediatric settings.
Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Flexible per diem and local scheduling options
- Weekday and weekend shifts available based on facility needs
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, age‐appropriate nursing care to pediatric patients
- Perform thorough patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per pediatric protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families
- Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and discharge instructions
- Document care accurately in the EMR
Requirements
- Active RN license (state‐specific, in good standing)
- Minimum 1 year recent pediatric RN experience
- Experience in pediatric acute care, Peds Med Surg, or specialty units (as applicable)
- BLS and PALS required
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient‐focused approach
