CNC Machinist - Milling & Turning Openings - Direct Hire

TekPro is partnered with a leading aerospace component manufacturer in Wyoming, MN that is actively growing its machining team. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering strong pay, multiple shift options, and a clean, modern shop environment.

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM(10% shift differential + 30-minute overlap)
• Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (25% premium pay)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform CNC mill setups and operate machines
• Work with Fanuc and/or HAAS controls
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Make tool offsets and adjustments
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges

Equipment & Work

• 3-4 Axis VMCs (Fanuc, HAAS, Doosan)
• 5-Axis VMCs (Fanuc, HAAS, Okuma)
• Production runs typically range from 50-2,000 parts

What They’re Looking For

• Experience performing CNC milling setups
• Experience with HAAS or Fanuc controls
• Ability to read blueprints and perform inspections
• Strong attention to detail and quality
