Salary: $100K – $120K
Schedule: Full-Time

We are hiring an experienced Director of Radiology to lead departmental operations, staff management, budgeting, compliance, and patient care initiatives. This leadership role will oversee strategic planning, operational efficiency, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance while collaborating closely with leadership and providers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Radiology operations and department performance
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with CMS and regulatory standards
• Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Mentor and develop radiology staff
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize imaging services and patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Multi-Modality Radiology experience
• Previous leadership or management experience required
• Strong operational, financial, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
