This is a 13-week contract position.

\n\nSchedule\n

Day shift, 5x8 hours (07:00 - 15:00). Weekends required, approximately once every four weeks.

\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist with acute care experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inpatient rehabilitation and be capable of floating between multiple units including Acute, Medical, ICU, and Inpatient Rehab. The focus will be on providing evaluation and treatment to adults and geriatric patients with diverse diagnoses.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Provide direct therapy services to patients across various units.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
\n
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary using Epic charting.
\n
• Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Valid Washington state Occupational Therapy license.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience strongly preferred.
\n
• Experience with inpatient rehabilitation settings is a plus.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
\n
• Demonstrated self-management and time management skills.
\n
