Registered Pharmacist  
Location: Warm Springs, OR 97761 

Pay Rate: $70 per hour + $1,246 travel stipends (if applicable) 
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Regular clinic hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Pacific Time. 

Contract: 1 year with the option to extend / 1099 contract 

Job Description: 

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Pharmacist to join the Warm Springs Service Unit in Oregon. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative healthcare environment providing essential pharmacy services, medication management, and patient counseling while supporting the health needs of the community. 

 
Requirements: 

  • Graduate of an accredited pharmacy program or school  
  • Current, active, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the United States  
  • Current CPR/BLS
  • Certification of Immunization   
  • Certification of Education  
  • Liability Insurance
  • Experience with pharmacy systems such as RPMS, EHR, ScriptPro, or similar preferred  

Responsibilities: 

  • Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions with a high level of accuracy and compliance  
  • Provide patient counseling on medication use, storage, side effects, and precautions  
  • Support daily pharmacy operations and collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy staff  
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within RPMS, EHR, ScriptPro, or related systems  
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and IHS pharmacy regulations and standards  
  • Assist with immunizations and blood pressure screenings in accordance with facility policies  
  • Help maintain safe medication storage, handling, and inventory practices  
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care while promoting medication safety and effectiveness
