Reliant Staffing Partners is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Job Summary (List Format):

\n- Assess and review patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate nursing care in assigned unit.
\n- Analyze patient information, including medical history, diagnostic results, and current condition, to develop individualized care plans.
\n- Prepare and implement nursing processes such as medication administration and treatments for comprehensive patient care.
\n- Reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
\n- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and identify any additional care required to meet goals.
\n- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support effective care planning.
\n- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
\n- Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
\n- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Registered Nurse required; 1 year in a clinical specialty preferred.
\n- Licensure/Certification: Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state; current BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA required.
