Job Summary:
Under general supervision, performs computerized tomographic radiological procedures and may conduct general diagnostic radiology examinations. Ensures patient care and safety while adhering to clinical protocols and radiation protection standards.

Essential Functions:
- Explain examination procedures and prepare patients.
- Review clinical data and perform appropriate examinations.
- Prepare procedure rooms and maintain stock of supplies.
- Set up equipment, analyze anatomical structures, and perform CT scans.
- Administer intravenous contrast media and monitor for reactions.
- Assist Radiologist with complex sterile diagnostic procedures.
- Ensure high-quality image delivery into PACS and complete study indexing in RIS.
- Follow radiation protection principles and ALARA techniques.
- Document procedures in medical records and radiology systems.
- Demonstrate teamwork, communication, and customer service excellence.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
- Work in hospital settings or ambulatory mobile units.
- Potential exposure to radiation, high-voltage equipment, and contagious patients.
- Occasionally lift/move equipment or patients exceeding 10 lbs.
