Job Description
The Heritage Center at Holiday Health Care is a privately owned and operated long-term care facility located on the north side of Evansville. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team! The ideal candidate would provide high-quality patient care, develop patient centered treatment plans, and work with other health care professionals to optimize the patient outcomes.
As a Physical Therapist, you’ll follow physician orders to evaluate and treat movement disorders while delivering the highest quality care to our residents.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Active Physical Therapy License in Indiana (required)
- Experience in long-term care (preferred)
- Membership in a professional organization (preferred)
