• Schedule:
  • Regular Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Late Room: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Call Frequency: ~1 call shift per week
  • Response Time: 30 minutes

Required Licenses & CertificationsLicensure

• Active Vermont CRNA License REQUIRED
  • Applications cannot be initiated without an active VT license
• DEA Required

Certifications (AHA Required)

• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS

Clinical DetailsSupervision Model

• 60% supervision
• Daily Coverage:
  • 3 CRNAs
  • 2 MDs
• Total ORs: 5
