Mid Level- Civil litigation Attorney (hybrid Los Angeles- Century City):

Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their California office. This opportunity is
ideal for attorneys with 2–6 years of civil litigation experience who are interested in working
on sophisticated Professional Liability, Securities, and Employment matters within a
collaborative and growing practice.
Responsibilities:
• Handle a variety of civil litigation matters, including professional liability, securities, and
employment-related disputes
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery,
depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Attend court appearances, depositions, arbitrations, and client meetings
• Work closely with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case management
• Maintain strong communication with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in California
• 2–6 years of civil litigation experience preferred, though candidates with at least 1 year of
litigation experience will also be considered
• Experience or interest in professional liability, securities, and/or employment litigation
preferred
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
