Building Maintenance Engineer

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. $22 - $25 hourly DOE

Responsibilities:

• Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
• Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
• Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand
• Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks
• Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
• Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
• Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
• The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
