Job Details:

• Flexibleper diem,full-time,and part-time hoursavailable-build your own schedule!

• Weekends notrequired

• Evaluate clients and develop care plans for clinical and non-clinical teams to follow

• Provide training and education to patients, families, and care teams to ensure safety in the home and promote independence.

• Work alongside the care team to develop care plans and complete documentation

• Assistwith promoting client independence and healing

• Demonstrates competency in carrying out patient care/treatments

Requirements:

• Must have an activeLPNlicense in the state ofMaine

• Must havepriorexperience

• Active CPR certification

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Clean driving record and background check

• Per Stateregulationsflu vaccinations mandatory unless medical exemptionpresented.
