Business and Corporate Transactions Attorney

We are a well-established business and employment law firm based in Los Angeles with a nearly three-decade track record serving California companies across a wide range of industries. Our business law practice handles the transactional and corporate needs of a diverse client base from startups to large corporations, and we are looking to add a transactions attorney who is ready to contribute.

What the role looks like

Day to day work spans entity formation and governance, commercial contracts, financing transactions, outside general counsel services, business sales and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. The client base is varied and the work reflects that. This is not a narrow role and the right person will be comfortable moving between different types of matters and different types of clients.

What we are looking for

• 4 or more years of business and corporate transactions experience
• A background that covers commercial contracts, entity formation and governance, and general transactional work
• Comfort serving clients in an outside general counsel capacity
• California bar active
• M&A experience is not required, though general business sale and acquisition work is part of the practice
• Someone who can manage client relationships and work independently, or someone earlier in their career who is serious about developing into that role
