Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day on-site construction operations and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules, adjusting as needed to ensure timely project completion
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project progress
• Manage and document project progress through daily logs, photos, and reporting tools
• Conduct regular quality assurance inspections, addressing non-conformance issues promptly
• Lead and motivate construction crews, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging collaboration

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field, with a focus on commercial and/or industrial projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices
• Familiarity with local building codes, permitting, and inspection processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
• Proficient with construction management software, such as Procore is a plus
• OSHA 30-hour certification is a plus
