Pay Rate and Hours:
- $22-25/hr
- Friday through Sunday, Regular hours: 5am-5:30pm
Electrical Technician Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to join our growing team! This is a hands-on role working with industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, and control panels. The ideal candidate has solid troubleshooting skills, works safely, and can interpret complex electrical schematics.
If you’ve spent most of your career in residential or commercial electrical work, this position will not be a fit — we’re looking for candidates with industrial or manufacturing experience.

Electrical Technician Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
- Wire and troubleshoot control panels, VFDs, and PLCs
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation issues
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Electrical Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of electrical experience (industrial required)
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, and control wiring
- Ability to read and understand schematics and technical documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Able to communicate and understand English clearly
- Dependable and self-motivated with a positive attitude
