The Occupational Therapist instructs, motivates, and assists patients in learning and improving activities of daily living under the supervision of the Rehab Director.

Responsibilities
- Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice.
- Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility.
- Coordinates treatment plan with guest, family, and other team members.
- Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Monitors guest’s response to intervention and modifies treatment.
Qualifications
- Current OT license through the OR State Board of Occupational Therapy required.
- A minimum of 2 years OT experience required.
- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements. 100% travel required.
