Construction Litigation Attorney

Based in Morristown, NJ with 3 offices across the region, we are a well-established full-service law firm known for its client-focused approach collaborative culture and commitment to delivering practical results. The firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join a growing team handling sophisticated construction litigation matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who values courtroom work client relationships and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to construction and commercial litigation matters
• Draft pleadings motions briefs and related litigation documents with accuracy and efficiency
• Represent clients in hearings depositions mediations and other construction litigation proceedings
• Manage an assigned caseload independently while collaborating with senior attorneys on complex or high-exposure matters

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school with an active New Jersey license in good standing (New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar admission a plus)
• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience with demonstrated experience in construction litigation
• Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Proficiency with legal research platforms case management systems and electronic document platforms preferred
