Job Description:
As a BDC Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients. Your contributions will help enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule service appointments for customers
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with service department staff to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
