Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Surgical Services - OR Tech / Surgical Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Assist the surgical team by preparing the operating room for cardiovascular procedures
- Ensure all necessary equipment is sterilized and available for cardiovascular surgeries
- Work closely with surgeons and nurses to ensure smooth procedure workflows
- Participate in the cardiovascular operation with proficiency in CABG and valve replacements
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room at all times
- Contribute as a vital team member to ensure exceptional patient care
- Minimum 1-year current acute care CVOR Tech hospital experience
- BLS, DORA, and NBSTA Certifications
- Proficient in Open Heart surgical procedures
- Experience with GE/Stryker equipment and Meditech / CPN EMR systems
- Previous travel experience in large trauma facilities beneficial
- Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
