Recruiter - Now Hiring

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent across a variety of roles. This role is key to ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting our company’s hiring goals.

Pay Rate: $25/Hourly
Hours: 8AM - 5PM

The Recruiter must reside in Downingtown, PA or surrounding areas and must be willing to work onsite as needed. 

Please Note: This is a Temporary position with the potential of being hired permanently 

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through online channels, networking, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews
• Extend offers and manage onboarding process
• Maintain candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks

• Recruiting experience required
• Bilingual - English and Spanish
