Nanny Needed

We are looking for a great, part-time nanny for 2 toddlers (1 and 3) in Naperville. We are really looking for someone who will stay with our family long-term! The position will be Wednesday/Friday (8-9 hours per day) at our home in south Naperville. A few things were looking for: - Experience with toddlers is a must! Need someone who understands developmental stages - Must be able to keep 2 active toddlers engaged with play and learning activities (no screens). - Nurturing approach to managing toddler behavior - Ability to keep both kids on schedule - Willing to help with household tasks - mostly related to kids (picking up toys, washing toddler meal dishes, etc)
