We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong estimating and project management experience in the commercial construction or facilities maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Performbidservicesandprepareaccuratecostestimatesforcommercialclients
• Conductsitevisits,assessments,andreviewsofbiddocuments
• Managetheproposalprocessfromstarttofinish
• ReviewZohoordesignateddatabasefornewbidrequests
• Provideexcellentcustomerservicethroughouttheprojectlifecycle
• Evaluatelabor,materials,andsubcontractorservicesneededforrepairsorimprovements
• Preparefairandaccuratecostanalysesandpricingproposals

Preferred Qualifications

• Strongbackgroundincommercialconstructionestimating(3+years)
• Excellentcommunicationandorganizationalskills
• Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsanddeadlines
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
