MILING & EXTRUSION OPERATIVE

Friday - Saturday - Sunday

6:30 pm - 7:00 am

$18.17 - $20.17 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Follow all instructions on the Job Card required for milling and extruding materials, ensuring correct process is used for optimum results
Responsible for working within the set quality standards to make sure only good quality products are passed along to the next stage of manufacturing
Measure product thoroughly and add to material following the standard work instructions
Measure and cut product to the appropriate length to ensure maximum efficiency and quality of product
Responsible for following safety guidelines and reporting any near misses, incidents, and accidents to the appropriate personnel
Ensure that the work area is properly clean at all times, especially at the end of the shift
Throughout the shift, work will be recorded into the system in a timely and accurate fashion
Bring any issues or “stops” to production to your cell leader or appropriate personnel
