CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Description:
Greenwood Connections is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care in a long-term care setting in Menahga, MN.

This position may include day and evening (PM) shift coverage depending on staffing needs, with every other weekend rotation as applicable.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Provide respectful, person-centered care
• Support resident safety and comfort throughout assigned shift
• Document care provided accurately
• Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota CNA certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate approach to elder care
• Long-term care experience preferred
