Facility Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Compensation: $2,000–$2,200 Weekly

We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a temporary opportunity in a Long-Term Care facility in Purcell, Oklahoma. This assignment offers competitive weekly pay, a supportive clinical environment, and the opportunity to work with a dedicated healthcare team focused on quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Previous LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
