About the Role:

Position: Part-Time Pulmonologist – Post-Acute Care (San Antonio Region)

CardioRenal Vision is an established, physician-led post-acute practice specializing in Pulmonology, Cardiology, and Nephrology care for patients in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. We are seeking a dedicated Pulmonologist to join our growing team in the San Antonio region on a part-time basis.

This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful specialty care to a medically complex and underserved patient population while working within a collaborative, team-based environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and collaboration with experienced Nurse Practitioners caring for sub-acute and long-term care patients
• Conduct onsite visits within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
• Support development of individualized pulmonary care plans
• Participate in a physician-led, multidisciplinary care model focused on improving outcomes and reducing hospitalizations
