Warehouse Line Operator

Position Overview

3R Technology California is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Warehouse Line Operator to join our growing e-waste recycling operation. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, take ownership of their production line, troubleshoot issues, and keep operations running efficiently and safely.

E-waste or recycling experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right individual with strong mechanical ability, warehouse experience, and a solid work ethic.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Rotating weekend schedule required based on operational needs

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor recycling production line equipment and machinery
• Maintain responsibility for assigned production line and daily output
• Troubleshoot minor equipment and operational issues independently
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and line adjustments as needed
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Load, unload, sort, and process electronic recycling materials
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Communicate operational issues or maintenance concerns to management
• Meet production and operational goals efficiently and safely

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a production line, warehouse equipment, or industrial machinery required
• Forklift experience required
• Mechanically inclined and maintenance savvy
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attendance, accountability, and reliability
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• E-waste, recycling, manufacturing, or industrial experience is a plus
