Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online and possess a strong understanding of basic accounting principles. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for accurately recording financial transactions, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and efficiently using QuickBooks Online.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding financial matters.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and 3 years experience.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting required.
