Customer Service Representative

Exclusive Mass Marketing Group is seeking motivated and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers with account support, provide information regarding energy and solar savings programs, and ensure accurate account documentation through detailed data entry.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to grow within a company focused on leadership development and community impact. No industry experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate. This is not a remote position therefore, you have to be willing to be in-office every week. Our office is located in the city in the Washington Park, Bronzeville neighborhood for reference. 

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account support and general inquiries
• Enter and maintain accurate customer account information
• Provide product and service information in a professional manner
• Document customer interactions and updates
• Maintain a positive customer experience
• Work collaboratively with team members and management

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Must be 18 years or older
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
