Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of equipment and systems across various sites, including commercial buildings, residential facilities, and construction sites. This role requires hands-on expertise with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with frequent travel to multiple locations. Working individually, the technician performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and technical inspections to maintain safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Conduct repairs and technical inspections to ensure equipment reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions promptly
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and system performance
• Coordinate with site personnel during maintenance visits
• Travel frequently to various commercial, residential, and construction locations

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance roles
• Experience with unit turnover processes
