Route Leader (Bilingual in Spanish/ English)
Lead the Route. Support the Driver. Deliver the Experience.
At Ethnix Group, our Route Leaders are a critical part of keeping our operations moving and our customers satisfied. This role partners directly with a Driver on assigned delivery routes, helping deliver products, support customer relationships, and represent the company professionally in the market every day.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being active, working as part of a team, and being on the road. Some routes require overnight travel depending on DOT driving hour regulations and route schedules.
What You’ll Do
- Partner daily with a Driver to complete assigned delivery routes safely and efficiently
- Deliver Hispanic food and beverage products to customer locations
- Load, unload, organize, and stage products using pallet jacks and equipment
- Support customer service efforts by building strong relationships and resolving issues professionally
- Assist with collections, deposits, route closures, and delivery documentation
- Use company systems and applications including Smart Delivery and Route4Me
- Support truck cleanliness, inspections, and operational readiness
- Help merchandise and organize products at customer locations when needed
- Follow DOT regulations, company safety standards, and operational procedures
- Work overnight routes when assigned based on route needs and scheduling
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Minimum 1 year of delivery, warehouse, route, or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable working long routes, including overnight trips when required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in varying weather and warehouse conditions
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
